Remembering each home you see would appear to be easy, but it can be confusing after viewing only three or four properties. Which home was nearest to the school? Which one had the great pool? Which one had the largest family room? How many bathrooms did each home have?
Ask for my home comparison chart, which has been designed to help you remember the details about the homes I will show you and what you liked best, and least about those specific homes. Rate the categories of each home by a number, or invent your own rating system. In the "Most Memorable" category, look for something that you think is unique and "memorable" about your visit to each home, such as an unusual stained glass window, a barking dog, a children’s playhouse, etc. This will make it easier for you to remember the property later and much easier to refer to the specific address. These notes can be very helpful to remind you of what you liked and, maybe more importantly, what you didn't like about the homes you saw. |
