It's a little bit of deja vu here in the city of Maricopa since 5 or 6 years ago when people got off of busses and lined up to by mutilple spec homes. Fast forward and the current short sale/forclosure market has provided the same opportunities, only this time the houses are even less expensive.
It's easy to buy any size house for $60ft and it's easy to find someone to rent it for at least $900 a month, so it doesn't take long to see why people are coming from all parts of the country and don't forget about western Canada!
